TONY DOBAJ

Founder & CTO

A self-described geek, open source evangelist, STEM advocate and technology wonk, Tony Dobaj has been developing electromechanical gadgets for around 35 years for Boeing, Nokia and IDEXX to name a few.

He formed Gadgettronix in 2010 to pursue opportunities in the IoT and wearable electronics, fueled by the latest innovations in sensor technology.

He got his start in the entrepreneurial community in the mid 90’s looking over his father’s shoulder while he founded Mrazek Cycles, a boutique mountain bike company that differentiated itself from others in the heyday of the mountain bike craze by having a unique look at feel based upon the designer’s affection for Samurai swords. He is excited about bringing the two life aspects about which he is most passionate, outdoor activities and technology, together to enhance the experience and improve safety.

BRYCE RANDLE

CEO & Co-founder

Bryce is the co-founder at Spoked Solutions, an inventions and intellectual property company within and outside of the oil & gas industry since 2011. He is accomplished in field engineering and execution as well as project intervention design and evaluation. He has managed business development for the organization for several years now. Besides being an entrepreneur, managing member in several small investment groups, he is also a direct supporter of multiple startups within the United States.

With 24 years of experience in the energy industry, Bryce has worked in offshore environments spanning the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, and Caspian Sea. Bryce was born in Chicago and from an early age had an inkling he wanted to make the jump to participate in non-traditional sports. Now residing in Colorado, he can be found boarding and pedaling when he's away from his desk.

ANANT SINGH

President COO & Co-founder

Anant Singh is a 0 to 1 Product and Business Growth Leader. He started his career in ed-tech working on computerization of educational assessments for Pearson. Post business school at Georgia Tech, he moved to supporting go-to-market strategy for Infrastructure as a Service and networking product at INAP (acquired by Leaseweb & Unitas Global). After 10+ years in the corporate world, his first venture was Slickfy Studios started in 2016. He co-founded Indish, in Vancouver in 2019 and exited successfully after growing the business in 2024. Anant has spent a majority of his career working on products and business models that are a combination hardware + software. He is based out of Vancouver now, into latin dancing in the summer and skiing in the winters.

He has experience raising both non-dilutive and dilutive capital and has had a successful exit. He now focuses his energies on building tech and non-tech partnerships, supporting Go-to-Market strategy and funding.

TODD STOCKBAUER

Fractional CFO

Through Stockbauer & Associates LLC, Todd provides fractional CFO, COO, Strategic, and Advisory guidance to various physical products brands. His expertise spans various industries including apparel & hard goods - outdoor, winter and active lifestyles, retail, alcohol beverage and food. Prior to his firm’s launch, he served as a financial or operational executive with Airwalk, Spyder Active Sports, brandbase Holdings and PL360 Beverage Partners, among others.

Based out of Golden, Colorado, he intentionally flies under the radar. When off the books, you will likely find him on the road or trail cycling, skiing, hiking or on a plane in route to a favorite destination.
